Payment Policy

Credit Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards are accepted via
secure online ordering for your protection. Our digital encryption
certificate is issue by Instant SSL/Comodo. (Look for the https://
denoting security.)
- Customer billing
street address and zip code MUST match credit card holder
information on file at the issuing bank for an order to process.
- Customers paying
with Visa and MasterCards must enter their three-digit security
code printed on the back of their card in the appropriate form
field at checkout. Pictures and examples of these security codes
and where to find them are posted at checkout.
Payment by Check
Payment may also be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Those
wishing to pay by check can call TennisHut's office at
1-888-366-4744 from
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST to place a phone order.
You will be given an order number and we will process your order
upon receipt of your check.
Also, customers can add items to their shopping cart and print a
copy of the web page showing their order total, including shipping
and handling fees. Printed order pages can be mailed to us with a
check to the following address:

Orders will not ship until checks have cleared.
Shipping Time For credit card purchases, the
handling/packing of in-stock* items will occur within three business
days of order placement. After packing is complete, we we
endeavor to ship ground shipments ASAP, or within the posted shorter delivery time for expedited
service. (TennisHut also offers 3-day, 2-Day and Next Day Air service.
See shipping options at checkout.) For ground service please
allow up to 10 to 14 business days for receipt of order from the time of
purchase. Credit cards are not charged until items ship.
*Customers will be notified by e-mail if out-of-stock items cannot be obtained and shipped within
timeframe outlined above. Customers can choose to wait for out-of-stock items to arrive, or
request the order be cancelled. Multiple Shipments, Order & Shipping Notifications
In many cases customers will receive multiple packages from
different suppliers to complete their TennisHut Order. Customers who provide e-mail addresses during checkout will have
a sales receipt automatically emailed to them. (Customers may also print a
sales receipt directly from their
computer screen.) A second shipping notification e-mail will be sent when
customers' shipments have left their warehouses,
containing shipping details and tracking numbers.
Packing Slips
TennisHut suppliers do not include hard copy packing slips in
their shipments -- rather customers' electronic receipts serve as
packing slips for all total packages.
Items can be returned for full refunds or exchanges within 21 days
of receipt of merchandise and providing the merchandise is in original condition and accompanied by all sales tags.
(All warm ups returned where TennisHut is not
at fault will
incur a 15% restocking fee restocking fee does not apply to
exchanges.) If returned merchandise is not in resalable condition or missing
tags and/or special packaging, customer credit may be reduced or
denied. **PLEASE NOTE** DURING THE WINTER HOLIDAYS, WE EXTEND
RETURNS/EXCHANGES TO 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT*** PLEASE CALL FOR
RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RETURN/EXCHANGE.
Please note:
1.) All returns MUST be approved and authorized by TennisHut via
e-mail to
service@tennishut.com
or by calling 1-888-366-4744.
Any unauthorized returns items mailed back to TennisHut or any of
its suppliers without approval — will not result in customer credit.
2.) Full credit will be given and return shipping costs (as well as
subsequent shipping costs if needed) will be paid for by TennisHut
for order errors made by TennisHut.
3.) Return shipping costs and any subsequent shipping costs for
returns or exchanges where TennisHut is not at fault, are paid by
the customer.
4.) All warm up returns where TennisHut is not
at fault will
incur a 15% restocking fee per our supplier policy. Also, effective
Jan. 15, 2005, any other return where TennisHut is not at fault may be subject to a 15%
restocking fee per our manufacturers' policies. Restocking fees
do not apply to exchanges. 5.)
Exchanges during the Holidays.
Item(s) to be exchanged will be charged to customer credit card
along with proper shipping. Customer sends back item(s), paid
by customer. When item has been received and inspected by the
manufacturer, a credit for the returned item(s) will then be
issued back to the customer, less shipping.
6.) TEAM ORDER
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Team order returns for "refund only"
where there is no damage or fault by Tennishut.com will incur a 15%
re-stocking fee. Product must be returned in original condition with
applicable tags. Team Order "exchanges" will not incur a re-stocking
fee. Additional shipping charges may apply at discretion of
Tennishut.com.

such does not sell, rent or share personal information about you
with other companies, businesses, services or people, including e-mail
and mailing addresses, and phone numbers.
